FACULTY AND STAFF STRUCTURE

1. Administrative Staff
– Director: Oversees the overall operations of the school, ensuring alignment with educational goals and policies.
– Managing Director: Focuses on day-to-day management and implementation of policies set by the Director.
– Chairman: Provides strategic leadership and long-term vision for the school’s growth and development.
– Principal: Directs educational activities, ensuring that the learning environment is optimal for student success.
– Academic Coordinator: Monitors curriculum delivery, academic performance, and ensures teaching standards are met.
2. Academic Staff
– Mother Teachers: Specially trained to manage and nurture young children in early education, guiding them in foundational learning.
– Assistant Teachers: Support primary and mother teachers by assisting with classroom management and individualized attention to students.
– Primary Teachers: Responsible for delivering curriculum content and fostering academic growth for primary grade levels. All academic staff work together to create a supportive, child-centered environment that promotes academic and social-emotional development.
3. Support and Service Staff
– Accounts Section Staff: Manage the financial aspects of the school, including fees, payroll, and budgets.
– IT Section Staff: Maintain the school’s technology infrastructure, ensuring systems, software, and digital tools function smoothly.
– Cleaning and Helping Staff: Ensure that the campus remains clean and hygienic, providing a safe environment for students and staff.
– Bus Staff and Drivers: Ensure safe and timely transportation for students to and from school.
– Gatekeepers and Security Guards: Oversee the safety and security of the school premises, monitoring entry and exit points.
